Orders & Payment
All confirmed orders constitute a binding purchase agreement, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Each fine art print is produced with care, signed and numbered as part of a limited edition.
Production & Shipping
Prints are produced to order and carefully packaged for shipping.
Please allow approximately one week for production before dispatch. Expedited production may be available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, payable by the recipient unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Refunds
Standard edition prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery, including international orders.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact [email address] or use the online withdrawal function within this period. Returns must be dispatched within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.
Customers are responsible for return postage. Secure packaging and tracked, insured shipping are strongly recommended.
All returned prints are carefully inspected. Due to the delicate nature of matte fine art paper, fingerprints, scratches or other permanent damage caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork may result in a deduction for loss of value, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds, including the original standard delivery charge, are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. Reimbursement may be withheld until the artwork has been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
Custom & Large Format Works
Individually commissioned artworks are arranged through a separate written agreement, with full payment in advance.
Dimensions, presentation and delivery are agreed upon individually. Where appropriate, a detail proof may be provided for approval before final production.
Artworks made to the collector's individual specifications are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal where the applicable legal requirements are met. Cancellations before delivery are governed by the individual agreement and applicable consumer law.
Damaged Deliveries
If an artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably with photographs of the artwork and packaging.
All statutory rights concerning damaged or defective goods remain unaffected.
